Thesis from Inferno

Dominik Wlodarczyk, a Polish disillusioned and dispassionate graduate student, wins a lottery to be granted access to Novus Earth- a planet discovered through a spontaneously emerging portal three decades prior. It’s unpopulated, uneventful, and unglamorous- Dominik will surely enjoy it. Yet, mere minutes after entering Novus Earth with his fellow students, the portal disintegrates. All those stranded on Novus Earth realize that the realm is not only home to waking malicious spirits, but it is no planet of the known universe. Instead, they find themselves on the doorstep of Hell. Despite abandoning the fight to live, Dominik’s life is preserved by the monsters that inhabit ‘Azkar Sharam’. Their reasoning- Dominik is their Prince, their Anti-Christ, whether he wants to be or not. Torn between his maker, who fashioned him in a hateful image as his thesis, the reigning King of Azkar Sharam, who demands the Prince fulfills his duties, and the remaining living mortals, Dominik struggles to find a reason why he shouldn’t forsake all those did him wrong.
